Get Involved
Meaningful social change requires collaborative action, active dialogue and shared responsibility. Vidya Dham Samiti invites passionate individuals, academic institutions, civil society groups and grassroots leaders to join our mission of uplifting marginalised communities across the Bundelkhand region. Whether you are a student, a working professional, or an experienced researcher, your distinct perspectives and skills can help drive sustainable grassroots progress.
Volunteer and Intern
Engage directly with communities in Banda and surrounding rural districts. Volunteers and interns assist across various key interventions:
- Facilitating non-formal education and enrichment workshops for tribal and rural children.
- Assisting with sustainable agriculture demonstrations, nutritional kitchen gardens, and natural resource conservation projects.
- Documenting community case studies, conducting field surveys, and supporting administrative operations.
Research and Field Studies
We welcome scholars and students investigating rural livelihoods, agrarian distress, drought mitigation, and social inclusion to conduct grounded field studies alongside our village teams.
Advocacy and Campaigning
Raise awareness about the socio-economic challenges facing Bundelkhand. Amplify rural voices by organising digital campaigns, supporting policy dialogues and championing the statutory rights and entitlements of vulnerable social groups.
Institutional Partnerships
We collaborate with universities, CSR initiatives and philanthropic foundations to design, scale and evaluate impactful rural initiatives.
Contributions
For individuals who wish to extend financial solidarity to support our field interventions, voluntary contributions are also welcomed. For details, please visit donate page.
